Margaret Zanardo is a Sydney poet, writer and graphic designer. She has a background in languages, art and English literature. In recent years she has tutored in high school English and creative writing, and also edited academic papers.
It was on a whim that Margaret decided to take a writing course and started by writing short stories, before discovering the joys of poetry and becoming an ‘accidental poet’.
Her work — mythology poems, humorous, children’s and contemplative poems, and love poems — has appeared in a number of poetry journals.
Out of the Blue is Margaret’s third chapbook (September 2022, Ginninderra Press), following Time Out of Mind: Poems of Love and Loss (2019) and Against the Tide (2021).
