We were again privileged to have The State Library of NSW’s staff choir, Off the Shelf, sing a selection of carols and other Christmas-related songs for us at our Literary Event on 10 December 2025. This video is a collection of snippets from each of the songs.
Their a cappella performance was inspirational to our members and guests. Led by their very animated conductor, Rob Maxwell-Jones, this talented choir had us almost dancing in the aisles. The choir has grown in size, experience and liveliness since last year, and we are already looking forward to more in December next year. The bobbing audience heads are indicative of the level of enjoyment. Apologies for not filming the entire repertoire.
